Does anyone change sleeping baby’s nappy before you go to bed? We have been doing this but I think it’s disturbing her to much so she ends up stirring for most of the night.

I just make sure she has a new diaper before she goes to bed! Then change at feeding in the middle of the night if it has been several hours! If it’s only been a few hours when she wakes up I may not change it until the next one to not disturb her sleeping too much

I do a change before bed and lather her bum up with cream! In the morning I do the same with the bum cream. So far so good! Her bum hasn’t been red or sore.

Yes she has a nappy on about 6:30 then sleeps from 7:00. Then when I carry her upstairs when I go to bed at 10:00 or 11:00 I change her nappy again. She wakes up while I do it but goes straight back to sleep when I put her to bed again x

I change before his bed time at 8:30 and if he wakes up in the night for a feed and then again in the morning around 6

No, he goes to bed between half 7 and 8pm and wakes up around 6.30am when I change him. I don't put cream on him and so far he's not had nappy rash. Obviously if he wakes during the night I change his nappy.
