Has anyone else experienced this, I woke up today fine but had to go to work, after an hour or so of walking around etc I started getting pain in my groin, i only feel the pain when standing or walking, if I am sat down it goes, and it’s worse when I first stand up too… I’m wondering if it is because the baby has changed position or something? (I’m 24 weeks today)

Im getting groin pain when walking particularly up stairs where my legs are bending higher if that makes sense. Even sitting on bed and bringing legs up to put socks on for example hours a lot at the moment. I'm 21 weeks.

that sounds horrible too :( mine is just when walking normally at the moment, I have bad back pain doing almost every activity as it is but this is new lol

hopefully it eases off soon! Yeah it's not fun at all. Especially as I have a bath to climb over to shower 😅. Hopefully it's just baby growing causing the pain but I've no real answers

Yes i had that the other day. It was not nice!

I suffer with sciatica since my daughter and now 11 years on having another baby, iv been using a tens machine, it’s really helping, just a suggestion 💕

I've had groin pain for a few weeks now, mainly on the right hand side, exactly as you describe ok when sat down but worst when first stand up and move then there the whole time when walking x

Hey, is it like a cramp? I sometimes get it walking and it’s like I’ve jolted something. Takes my breath away it’s that painful

Look up pelvic girdle pain, and see a physical therapist! You could have a weak pelvic floor, or SI joint dysfunction causing your pelvis to be out of alignment. Either way I would see a physical therapist, you can get a referral from your OB. It helps a lot!

I have it, it gets worse after sitting for long periods then getting up to walk. Try not sit for more than 30 minutes at a time, jeep active and walk as much as you can. You can always look up exercises to strengthen your core, pelvic floor etc.
