How do you feed your toddler? What do you make for them? Do you feed them what you eat? What if I don’t eat as often as my toddler? Should I feel bad for only feeding him 2x a day?

I give mine breakfast sausage and waffles or eggs
Lunch he has literally any left over pizza pasta etc
Dinner whatever we have
And snacks through out the day

I believe at this age they are supposed to have breakfast, lunch, dinner + 2 snacks
I feed her mostly fruit, yogurt, peanut butter, baby cereal, veggies, etc

My toddler “eats” 3 meals a day with snacks in-between. I’ll make her something similar to what we eat for meals.
So far she’s had:
Breakfast: she nursed then had 1/2 banana, 2 eggs, handful of shredded potatoes and a cup of water
Snack: cerebelly bar, freeze dried strawberries, hidden veg tater tots with a cup of water
Lunch: she nursed a bit then had Chick-fil-A fries (I got her nuggets but she didn’t them) strawberry/banana smoothie with milk.
These are huge potions either, breakfast is her biggest meal of the day. Like she had 5 fries and three sips of her smoothie and she’s done. A lot of days she will skip lunch entirely and snack on fruit instead.
Are you giving your little milk in between meals? They could be replacing their 3rd meal with that I always try to serve liquids with food. It’s totally okay for your kiddo to eat more often then you do.

that’s amazing!!! I try not to force eating but the days she struggles are rough.

My toddler eats what I eat, being that I breastfeed with a 2 month old I jut sure my snacks and food with her, she has her milk in the morning most times and water the rest of the day, I do sometimes put a little juice in her water every know an then, we eat chili, chicken, beef, sausage, pancakes (hers are usually with powered peanut butter) eggs, noodles, cheese, onion, peppers, and some other stuff we are still working on veggies and fruit🤷🏼♀️
