Does everyone generally try to get their 5 a day in everyday? Some days I barely get any veg or only one form of veg like peas, work long shift so hard to make proper meals some days.

It's hard because in the beginning I kept eating my usual greens like salads and side dishes but currently it's a struggle unless I disguise the veggies in some way my baby girl won't let me even eat my faves lmao

Most days I do, though it's easier for me to get fruit than veggies. If I'm not eating enough veggies I just throw in a little extra fruit since I'm not gaining weight properly anyways 😔
But usually I have at least 3-4 a day.

Haha peas are also my fallback. Put them with everything 😂
