When the skin is red.

Same as

All the time and my boys never had a rash

I apply after every stool, I use either sudocrem, metanium or bepanthen x

Every nappy change we use sudocrem as it’s a barrier cream to prevent the skin ever getting a rash or red. We’ve only had one rash when she was on antibiotics and we used metanium which cleared it quickly!

We use cloth so she's normally fine, only times there might be issues if she's doing acidic poos and it can react on contact so if she looks red then I apply waleda cream at every change until it settles
