Um so I woke him up to get him ready for daycare. I assume he is hungry. But he's just staring at me. I offered him the breast and he just looked at me like "but my beautiful mommy" anyone else dealing with distracted sweetie pies?
I would love to be able to exclusively pump. So I could just feed him on a schedule. Usually, I do feed him a bottle before day. Care to make things easier but lately. His demand has been going up and I can't keep up with the pumping.
So I just opt now to nurse in the morning.

The other day my boy stared at me in awe for like 10 minutes it was the sweetest thing. But also awkward with my breast just openly exposed lol

🤣 I know. I'm just sitting there with it hanging out like "um you gonna eat or .." and he's just staring like awe and looking lovingly at you

Mines been doing it too but he'll keep my nipple in his mouth and try to pull far enough back to look at me and make my nipple elastigirl 😂 then he'll smile up at me but somehow still have my nipple in his mouth? Like...child what are you doing and how 😂😂

I know right!!! It's amazing how far they can stretch them without hurting us! Mines been chomping down lightly and waiting for me to say something to him then just let it slowly slide out and then smile. Like a game he plays lol

So grateful he does not often yank my nipple. He usually unlatches to look around but sometimes he does somehow wide mouth smile and stare at me with my nipple in his mouth and I'm like "how does he still have a grip on it" 🤣

Breastfeeding is a terrifying experience 😂 then they'll laugh at you over it too 😂😂

The latched smiles get me 😭🥹🥹🥹🥹🥰

my son does this too. He will give me this mischievous side eye and giggle as he latches back on to do it again.
