My baby is 5.5 months old and is already having puréed fruit and veg (her dietician gave us the go ahead). She has cmpa so is on prescription formula.
I want to do baby led weaning (as scared as I am) what are some good foods to start with that she can hold and eat etc?

Oranges are good, just make sure you take the seeds out if they have any like the big oranges, kiddylicious do soft biscotti stuff, yoghurt, sweet potato cut it so it’s easy to hold but soft so she doesn’t choke, avocado, tofu, have a look at Ella kitchen recipe book they are blw too xx
