Teat size
My baby is breastfed but gets one bottle of expressed milk before bed. We use the Tommee tippee closer to nature bottles. He is now over 3 months old and I know this is the time people usually change teat size from 1 to 2. Does this apply to only formula fed babies or should I be changing his too?

I believe it's suggested not to size up to devent bottle preference in breast feed baby's.

It's a personal choice, your don't have to change it if you don't want too. All it does is adjust the flow of how fast the milk comes out.
