Anyone else's baby just literally pinging awake at almost the exact 30 min mark of a day time nap? Doesnt matter if he's in the crib or in my arms, like clockwork he's up and it takes a hell of alot of rocking the 17.6 pound giant back to sleep! I know their sleep cycle at tbos age is 30 minsish but my god it is beyond exhausting, I so miss those 1 to 2 hr solid naps to just sit down and chill in 😆

Forgot to say he's 4 months as of yesterday so clearly the dreaded regression

Yep. Like clockwork! It's so annoying. Even the sling doesn't work anymore!

@Helen yeah for me it's the pram! Used to nap in there as lo g as we were walking, I bought a rockit so I didn't have to rock him constantly when stationary and what a waste of money as now he's only napping 30 mins there too then I peer in and his huge eyes are staring at me wide awake!

my LO has just had an awful cold and so we had some longer naps while she was poorly and I thought the sleep regression was over, but nooo, the moment she felt a bit better we were back to crap naps and fighting bedtime. Tirrrrreed!

Oh yes same here

Yes, we are the exact same too! I was just about to post up and ask for any tips 🙈
Little one woke up today after 27 mins but was still tired so had to hold her close and rock her back to sleep.

Exact same here, she’s been like it since about 8 weeks 🤦🏼♀️ pram, car, contact naps nothing does the trick to extend it anymore! Hoping she grows out of it, overtired cranky baby all day every day! X

Literally! 16 weeks and it’s like a timer goes off in her head and she dings awake! I’ve not been able to get her back to sleep after. I’m noticing at night it’s every 45 mins too. 🫠

My boy has never napped for longer then an hour, but he does have 5 sometimes 6 naps a day depending on how long he does nap for. His longest nap was yesterday 2hours! I was shocked but he did have his 16 vaccines so that’s definitely why.
