When to stop pregnacare

Hi I am 36 weeks pregnant was wondering if I should stop taking pregnacare vitamins? When did everyone stop? Are there any vitamins needed after delivery?

I stopped probably at 30 weeks I completely forgot about it 😂🤦🏾‍♀️

I stopped at 12 weeks as my midwife told me I didn't need to take them after that, probably because I'd gotten the needed folic acid in that time. They made me soo constipated so that was music to my ears 😂

I stopped at 12 weeks as that's what my midwife said to do 🤷🏻‍♀️

I stopped at 12 weeks, my midwife told me the baby doesn’t need folic acid at this point. I did keep taking vitamin D after this point on he advice though and I’m still taking it at 37 w 4 d 😊

Thanks ☺️ think I may stop now they make me a little sick

May take vitamin D after asking the midwife at my appointment tomorrow thanks ❤️

I’m taking through the entire pregnancy and will continue afterwards too

I've been told to continue taking them until birth (and beyond if I have any left) but I am low on B vitamins and iron so maybe that's why?

I'm still taking mine (currently 38 + 5 weeks). Was recommended to continue as it contribute to a balanced diet. I also wanted more vitamin D in winter months so didn't see a reason to stop personally

I’m still taking pregnacare max until I give birth, my midwife makes sure I’m still taking them at every appointment

I didn’t really stop, I just keep forgetting to take them although they are right infront of me every morning, there’s no harm taking them all throughout pregnancy and even when breast feeding but it’s not important to have them, with my first I took them all the way through and a few months into breast feeding to finish the boxes off 😁

Leaving your baby

Has anyone else not left their baby to be looked after by someone else (not dad) yet? I still don't feel ready but am being told I should be by now

Random but when you use a vibrator do you need to hold your lips open for it to touch the bean ?

It gets annoying because even if I open my legs I still need to hold the lips open to touch the bean and I have to do it the entire time my lips are literally sealed closed 🤣

I need an AI app recc to talk to.

I have no family. I have no real friends. Just one that I text. But she’s 8 years younger and isnt a mom. I genuinely don’t talk to anyone other than my partner and our toddlers. I’ve seen some people use AI? Or a chatgbpt? I dont know but if someone could suggest an app that I can just talk to… I would love to have a friend or something instead but this is probably for the best…
