Could be a muscle strain.... someone...anyone help

I had the same after mine it was agony. It went on for a few months then went away on its own. I spoke to gp and they gave me some Medication meant to relax abdomen muscles that sort of worked hope you feel better soon it’s horrible

Maybe tucks pads

thanks for not judging...i had my obgyn check for hemorrhoids... And I didn't have any. Then they said it's muscle spasms and it'll go around it's on but they didn't give me no way of treating it

Are you going to the bathroom? Doing number 2 when it happens

I have these. It feels like trying to fart out razor blades ðŸ˜

yes and taking stool softeners

I’m on the same boat as you!!!
I take my stool softener right at 8am (my pill only 1 a day)
When I feel it I go to the bathroom and I’m there for an hour relaxing my bum lmdao and have a pillow for my inusion
You and me are on the same boat
And I had my baby Nov 22.

I remember those days. Take your stool softener & ibuprofen and drink lots of fluids. If youre breastfeeding esp it could be your uterus shrinking as well. It will be over soon.

🤣🤣 that is hilarious. I use to scream in pain and my bf looked at me like i was crazy

Pelvic floor therapy! I had butt cramps too and was generally pretty tight down there, which made sex uncomfortable. I ended up doing pelvic floor therapy and it helped a lot

i will try that thanks

ikr...my kids think I'm coocoo

hey. Im 5 weeks pp. Should i wait for my 6 week checkup first ( i had a C-section) to start the therapy? Is it like an exercise?

yes its like some exercise but also you can call first. Also tell your doctor that you are having pelvic floor pain and want a referral to a pelvic floor physical therapist so you can get a recommended person and someone your insurance will cover

oh I can't youtube it?

you could probably youtube some pelvic floor mobility and relaxation exercises, but a pelvic floor therapist will be able to assess exactly whats going on and give you exercises to do. It could be that something is actually too loose so something else is tightening up to compensate and so if you do the wrong exercises, it might not help and might aggravate the issue. I would honestly invest in the pelvic floor therapy and usually insurance including medicaid will cover that after childbirth

i have Medicaid... The pain is really bad today...ngl

check to see if a pelvic floor therapist is covered for you!! I know it differs by state

I think my coccyx is injured. Im going to a physical therapist tomorrow if i can...obgyn didn't help
