I’ve read that babies often cave in once they’re at nursery / whatever childcare you have lined up.
Also by that age, if baby doesn’t take much/any milk during the day they can get by, they can have solids and water while you’re gone and they make it up by breastfeeding like mad when they’re with you! Whether this is desirable is another matter 😂
It’ll be ok one way or the other!

I have the same issue! Though I do have until February. A few people have said the same thing Sophie has mentioned above so I’m hanging on to that!!

Try having your partner offer a bottle while you’re not there. If baby can smell boob it will want boob. They’re like little sharks x
I’ve tried that, I went to a wedding and my mother in law had him and he was hysterical for hours as was hungry but wouldn’t drink any milk, she even tried from a spoon and syringe.. in the end she had to drive him to me 😩. Trying to remain positive and hope he does what you’ve mentioned above I just can’t see him coping very well! 😓

Dealing with the same here 😣 and I’m going to work full time in a month…putting all my hopes that he will be different at nursery
So worrying 😩😩

did you find a solution?

Yea actually, I started giving formula a bit and then breastfeed, and slowly increased the formula amount. And I used Kendamil. He’s still not the best at taking formula but when he’s at nursery he manages to drink it…still a work in progress lol
