This article from solid starts Australia is great! Outlines what to look for in a yoghurt for babies/children and gives a comparison of quite a few options. Personally my choice for my little one are the jalna pouch of purity or the petit miam no added sugar. Hope that helps! 😊

I give my 7 month old the Aldi brand light Greek yogurt and mix with a bit of fruit purée to sweeten it up as well as putting some chia seeds in and he loves it

My girl loves the Tamar Valley ones. They are smooth. The ALDI ones have some fruit pieces in them which she is not a fan of. She has been eating them now for 2 years and never got sick of them.

We’ve tried the jalna pouches so far. Bubs thought they were a bit sour bub still had a go.

The only one my bub likes is the Brooklea pouches or the Browne's no added sugar ones.
Thank you!
