Has anyone used these and are they worth it?

We got one. Love it. The standard ones are quite thin though so we layer with a tucked in blanket. Im not great at swaddling with a blanket so this works really well. Will move into a sleep sack when he's a bit older/at risk of rolling. You can get decent ones 2nd hand off vinted i imagine if worried about price.

I use them exclusively and have done since birth, i have 1 tog and 2.5 togs bags for when I can’t control temp in my room and gets colder & it really helps.
I will say they advise NOT to use any additional blankets with the swaddle so just be careful, if they’re dressed properly they shouldn’t need anything extra x

My little boy kept getting his hands out of blanket swaddles even the ones done by the Midwives so I brought one and he loves it! Even in his day time naps or in his pram he sleeps with his hands up x

Absolute god send for my baby! Worth the investment to at least try it

I brought the love to dream swaddle where can have her hands up today as she loves having her hands up, we use swaddles normally but not branded ones. She slept for 5 hours last night I was up before her couldn’t believe it! I’ll let you know tomorrow how she gets on 😂

Yes absolutely love them - we have the 2.5 tog one as our room is about 18/19C and he’s worn it since he came home (he was prem) and sleeps pretty well!

@roula oh we were told by our midwife that we could if was the right material (I.e breathable), tucked in and up to the nipple line. In fact we were advised to do it as he was prem so low weight initally.

For those that use the love to dream swaddle, do you take it off baby to feed during the night? I have one but haven’t used it as I don’t know what I would do during night feeds?! If I had to take it off him then putting it back on him would wake him up.

I think cause they have no access to their arms, if they was to wiggle it would be a suffocation risk that’s all, I would just follow what manufacturers advice is :)

nope, i keep mine on during the entire night x

I actually take it off mainly due to messy milk times and I don’t like him being all tight and restricted for burping - personal preference though!

After nights of not swaddling and then trying the wrap swaddles but his arms would escape we brought the love to dream zip up and haven't looked back! it was pricey but the only way we are getting a few hours sleep at a time. Personally I do take off for night feeds xx

We use it and love it! Xx

we unzip it or sometimes take it off if I take it off I rock her to sleep first wait till she’s in a deep sleep and pop it back on x

Do the sizes run small on the Love to Dream?

Could always try and get one on Vinted for a cheaper price to try them out and then buy some more if you’re happy! I did this with the tommee tippee sleeping bags

Thank you and xx

Thanks everyone I have one on the way hoping little boy settles better with it 😊
