Does anyone give there LO anything to help them sleep?

My LO has always been a good sleeper but we just changed him to his own room & a bed instead of cot, so Yoto player has worked wonders for keeping him in bed.

We’ve always used brown noise throughout the night at the volume of a shower running.

do you have a particular one to use on tone box? I was thinking of getting alone to help with bedtime

We were letting him choose from any of the little ones he had, before we realised a few of them had very exciting songs or games after the stories 😂 So now he can pick from a few of those, or the creative tonie which I uploaded lots of stories read by family members on to- he does tend to choose that one to be fair.
