Sharing / passing items

I used to take 2 toys of the same type(almost similar), and hand one to LG, and say this is for you, and this is for me, and pass the second one to my other hand. And then did some actions like cuddling the toy, callout ears, nose etc. and then did the same set of actions with another pair of toys. Did this in total for just 2-3 min a day, for about 3 or 4 days.. and then on, she always picks up toys and gives one to me, and holds the other, gives me one book and takes the other... Surprisingly she does this with her friends at nursery and her care taker specifically mentioned it to me. She told me that it's hard to teach sharing to kids, but consistency worked for us.

Forgot to mention my LG is now 1Y 3M, and she shares from say about 9M.
