You mite need a c-section or an emergency one if she stays like that

There are things your doctor can do to get baby to flip that may or may not work I totally understand being overwhelmed but I wouldโve stayed at the appointment and asked what they can do. If they did tell you thereโs nothing they can do they are liars lol

What about ecv? Ur 37 weeks u still can try

Have you tried the spinning babies moves? You can look it up! Basically anything on all fours - cat cow - childโs pose

I hope not Iโve been trying to steer away from the c-section talk ๐

I have another appointment Thursday to discuss further options if she hasnโt turned by week 38

gonna check that out thank you ๐

well Iโll hope and pray that your baby will turn you have two weeks so maybe if you do some downward dog and get baby to turn there ways to do it at home

thanks ๐๐ผ

thank you ๐๐ผ

Hi i just had a successful ecv 37 + 4.
I did alot of inversions and breech tilts for 4 days before (on spinning babies website). I also went swimming and did hand stands.
One of the big predictors of success for an ecv is the doctor beinf able to get there hands under the lower part - babies bumb or feet. So you want to stop them sinking into the pelvis (the opposite if advice for normal 37/38 weeks). Keep them out of there and floating.
Wishing you good luck ๐ค๐ค
Also worth speaking to a provuder who is more comfortable with a breech birth. This could be an option xx

thank you really needed this ๐

Hey! My baby was transverse 4 days ago, then breech, then moved last night into head down position right before my scheduled ECV. Iโm 38.5 weeks. I did two Western Techniques at the chiropractor. They work out your round ligaments. Itโs a breeze. If you have a lot of fluid, let the baby do their thing.

Had a successful ECV at 37+5. Hurt more than I anticipated but it was super quick. Had no epidural and that would have not been necessary if you ask me. In and out in 40 minutes. Baby was not engaged yet. Did spinning baby, Webster technique with chiropractor and accupuncture with moxi prior (unsuccessfuly).
