Huge knickers! Anything that won’t press against your incision. I used disposable postpartum knickers for the first 10 days… the last thing you’ll have time for is washing clothes. We also cooked a lot of meals and stuck them in the freezer so we didn’t have to think about cooking either. Good luck, it’s such a magical experience! 🥰

A phone charger with an extra long cable!

A Stanley cup, an extension lead, adult nappies was so much more comfortable than pants but when you get home definitely huge knickers! X

Hospital gave me everything I needed. A pillow for if you cough!! Comfy pants that aren’t tight. Long phone charger. You’ll need someone to help a lot with the baby the first couple weeks after
