I was wondering, when you check your baby at night before you go to bed, if they’re out of their sleeping bag and are now lying horizontally in their cot with their head by the side bars, do you rearrange them back into their sleeping bag with the risk waking them.. or leave them and hope they don’t get cold/uncomfy and wake in the night?
My daughter has recently been wiggling out of her sleeping bag and her heads squished right next to the bars of the cot!!

If she can wriggle out of her sleeping bag I’d stop using it, it shouldn’t be possible to do that and is a suffocation risk - also makes it very likely that they’ll wake up cold, as you say! How is she getting out? I can’t even picture that

If she can wiggle out the sleeing bag than the sleeping bag isn't doing its job.
I've seen a lot in my days raising children but wriggling out of a sleeping bag isn't one of them. How does she get her whole body through the head opening?

Do not use that sleeping bag. She needs one for her age and size down if she is small

You could maybe try a tog sleepsuit rather than the bags? I’ve not tried them but could be an option!
