Sounds possibly like sciatica pain! I had it over Christmas on my right side so slept on my left, now it's on my left! Vicious cycle š¤¦āāļø

Are you using a pregnancy pillow? I've found that has helped me with positioning in bed and I have less restlessness and more comfort in my hips

I'm getting spasms across my hips when sleeping on my side. Using a variety of pillows but it just delays the pain rather than stop it. For now I've resorted to sitting mostly upright and trying to sleep when the pain starts. But I've also put in a self referral for physio through my local NHS. Hoping they may be able to help.

I have the same issue, my hips are so uncomfortable, I get such a broken sleep now! I'm also waking up with bad leg cramp - I think the pregnancy pillow weight between my knees was causing it so I'm thinking of ditching the pregnancy pillow š¤
I'm going to talk to my midwife about the hip pain at our next appointment and she what she says, she had already referred me to a physio for pelvic floor exercises, so maybe I'll get a referral again

Yes I get it, I had a physiotherapy group session Friday and she said to try and put pillows under your hips for support and so your not lying flat on back but not completely on side either

I had really bad hip pains but have been trying this position and it's a lot better https://youtu.be/5PNFKQvR550?si=Ns-oCGJnDtmdY_pi
