So my bd is constantly going through my phone when I'm sleeping, and then decided to wake me up and start a fight with me. Saying things like "you've been cheating on me all types of crazy things." I was raised that the one accusing is the one doing it. Am I wrong for getting mad because he keeps waking me up? I do nothing but take care of our 2 year old, clean the whole house and cook dinner while he sits on his butt playing video games all day and night.

I’d go through that mans phone too.
so weird that he just does this randomly, and it’s definitely not fair on you having to deal with this!

I would get rid of him that is totally unacceptable behaviour which deserves no second chances it's sickening.. be strong x

Lexi that's exactly what mine does. I barley have any family left and my child hood best friend refuses to speak to me because of him. I've lost a lot of family and friends because of him.

Could he be on drugs ? An ex of mine use to do this wake me up at stupid times, I’d be terrified he would go through my phone knowing I’m completely innocent but know he would accuse me of something and he make stuff up like go though my contacts and claim he has never seen xyz in there blah blah blah I’m a cheat the fight would go on all night I’d get no sleep, had to function for work then repeat a week later …I had no idea at the time but he was on drugs x

he's not on drugs. He apparently has trust issues with me because I went back to Kentucky and ran into my ex and was talking to my ex about my daughter Harley's headstone because me and my ex were Harley's parents and so my daughters dad thinks I did something with him when I didn't.

What has he found on your phone that he is uncomfortable with that he's 'accused you of cheating'
Waking you up is stupid and uncalled for but equally if he's uncomfortable with something he's called it out, why is there insecurities there in the first place? Maybe sit down with him and tell him that's not acceptable to react like that but really try communicate. Ask to go through his phone, see if he is hiding anything, watch his reaction. If he won't allow you to look then he's hiding something and shouldn't be going through your stuff uninvited when you've asked to look at his 🤷🏽♀️

he has everyone's number written down and stuff like that. Idk what else to do.

all that he's found is my family asking me to go visit them in California.

Get rid of him babe you don’t need that energy and it will only get worse your better than that xx

He sounds like a waste of space. Toss the whole guy out

Like my first daughter Harley's dad never did this to me. And till this day he checks on me to see if I need anything or if my daughter needs anything. I mean yeah me and him split up for a reason but I've known this guy for 16-17 years and he's never left my side. I just don't know what to do anymore. He's moving out here to be closer to me etc and doesn't want anyone else but me and it's hard.

he's insecure as hell. Ask to go through his phone, see how he reacts🥲 sorry you are dealing with this!

You’ve never been so right before!! A guilty conscience will make you think someone is deceiving you!!! So maybe he is the one doing the betraying or maybe he’s just insecure af!!! Either way it’s not ur problem but better off ur sign to get up and go!!

Be careful honey. I was in a similar situation a few years back and it just got worse until I was in a full blown abusive and violent relationship. It took me many attempts to finally leave for good. Now I do still suffer mentally from his behaviour I have severe anxiety and depression. I’d love to say just leave but I know how hard it is.

He’s Guilty.

If you ever need someone to vent to you can always talk to me. My husband was the same way for a long time I finally got fed up with it and checked his phone and sure enough he was the one cheating on me. I’ve never gone through someone’s phone before until he started accusing me, and my ex did the same thing and he would go through my phone not find anything but tell people I’m cheating.

I was in a abusive relationship for a while as well. I suffer from severe anxiety, depression and PTSD.

I’m the same it is a struggle

Long post ❤️
People say to leave and get rid of him but that’s just an idea and words. Should you separate yourself ,absolutely. Are you ready to, probably not. Only you know when you are feed up. Sometimes things escalate and it’s too late. Sometimes you feel trapped or stuck. But honey if you don’t do nothing else get your ducks in a row so when you are ready to step there’s no going back because there is nothing left for you there. Get your own source of income where you can pay all your rent bills etc. See about programs for daycare expenses, go through a mental note of your “village” who else can you count on in replacement if dad decides to be a deadbeat or a when he wants to parent. Males like him are not yet men. And I’m speaking from experience,8 years in 3 kids and a current pregnancy and 3 years worth of this mental abuse and accusations. Last month I finally said enough was enough and he had to go. It’s been difficult but the relief is starting to settle in. Stay strong!

like last time I left his mom threatened to press kidnapping charges on me. But in the state of Missouri and baby that's born to unmarried parents the mother gets full custody automatically. Even if the dad is on the birth certificate he's has no say, no parental rights nothing. Me and my daughters dad are not married. And my ex treats my daughter like his own. He sent me money for her Christmas because my daughter dad wouldn't do anything for Christmas.

Don’t let him
Move in. Will be hell I’ve been there.

Babes, if you haven’t already you need to set strong boundaries and set a day to like discuss with him specifically how you are not cheating on him and ask him to let you know how you can prove it to him there and then. After you prove to him and he hopefully realizes he’s wrong, nip it in the bud and tell him that should be the last of him accusing you because if he doesn’t trust you after seeing you’re doing no wrong then that’s his guilty conscience deflecting onto you.

Yeah after reading your replies, it’s giving major emotional, psychological, and maybe soon physical abuser. You know your situation best but thinking about how to get ahead like making sure you are financially secure by yourself to be able to leave him maybe in the future can help you decide easily if you can move on in the future. Maybe look into wfh jobs if you don’t already have one!
