Hi mamas!
My 3 month old is not the easiest.
His naps are around 20 minutes. He cries if he’s in his crib for more than 5 minutes, cries if he’s on the mamaroo for more than 5 minutes, very hard to put to sleep. He’s calmer if he is held and walking around (cries if you’re sitting). It’s hard to do anything with him. Shouldn’t he be calmer at 3 months?

Is your little one going through a developmental leap? That can affect how they are and make them more clingy.
Babies need a lot of help getting to sleep until they learn to self settle, once they get out the sleepy newborn period.
It’s very normal for them to be calmer when being held.
They are still very little and adjusting to the outside world.

My three month old is teething so that’s why he has been fussy maybe your little one is teething. My little one is also clingier during this stage

Maybe colic

Any signs he’s in pain? Crunching legs up to stomach waking up from sleep suddenly with high pitch cry really sicky or anything? It’s normal for babies want to contact nap but if he’s fed changed and not over tired he should be very content for while. X

My 5 month old has been exactly this since two months ago … you are not alone
