I Don’t time anymore… but I have an app!

Bby girl is 2 month old now and she tells me when she is hungry but when she was younger I would use the start time .

I feed her when she signals that she is hungry.

my baby girl is two months as well, so it’s okay at this point to just let her tell me when she’s hungry? What if she’s sleeps longer than 3 hours during one of her naps? Do you wake her up or let her sleep? She’s done this before and I’ve always woken her up

Same here, If she cries I usually make a small bottle to see if she wants it and if she does I’ll make more (can’t waste formula 😂) I know she’s done eating when she either starts playing with the bottle in her mouth or chewing on it or she’ll just turn her head and won’t take it anymore.

😂😂😂 that’s how I know mine is done to lol! She likes chewing on it at the end of a feed

I offer my two month old the breast if I've addressed all other causes of distress or if it's been 2 hours. She eats at the same times for the most part

I use the start time. The app Im using, BabyConnect uses the start time as well, and the books I read also use the start of feeding to indicate how long it has been since the last feeding

Ever since my little one started sleeping through the night, he feeds every 2-2.5hr.

Baby tracker app! I’ve been using it since we got home from the hospital. I track his feed time, ounces, and diaper changes. It’s really helpful and helps me from second guessing myself. I’m a person of convenience/simplicity and it only takes a few seconds.

I write in my notes the last feeds I have twins so sometimes one doesn’t eat because one is chunkier than the other but want to make sure the last time she ate. I also use the poo and zap emoji to track diapers it has been a good system for me so far

i let her sleep but she usually wakes up . Eat , play , sleep . At night she will sleep 5/6 hours .
As long as your baby is gaining weight and has enough wet and dirty diapers you are good .
