Dropping Day nap

Ours seems to be in the process of dropping it she’s skipping more than not at the minute. She’s currently on one today as she’s now so exhausted though so it’s hard isn’t it

My son dropped his at 22 months when his brother was born. He'll nap every now and again, but most of the time, he doesn't have one. But he does sleep at night! At first, he was a bit ratty, but eventually, he just went through his day normally without one xx

Sometimes he has it, sometimes he doesn't. At nursery it's still regular but at home it depends how he's feeling 😅 I still offer it at the moment and even if he doesn't go sleep, he chills out x

Mine fights them like mad but when he goes down it for 1.5-2 hours and then is a nightmare to get to bed 😩

I've put our girl into a montessori nursery and they still encourage naps. Says don't stop them until at least age 4.
Would she maybe go down sooner in the day? And go to bed later?

I've had to move my LOs bedtime to 7.45 because she won't sleep til 8 or even 8.15 lately.
