My baby's gone breech at 35 weeks 😭

Feeling so fed up, baby has been head down all through the pregnancy and at 35 weeks has decided to flip she's actually foot first and it's causing me to be in so much pain and so uncomfortable. I was hoping for a home birth and everything up to this point at been OK for this however I really don't think they'll want me to with a breech baby and from what I've read it will be a c section. Which I really want to avoid any advice on flipping baby? I've got another scan in 2 weeks

Apparently gravity is your best friend! Being upright and leaning forwards to let the babies head weigh it down as it’s the heaviest part.
My hypnobirthing course also said you could try a bag of frozen peas at the top of your bump and a hot water bottle at the bottom of bump as babies hate the cold and will try to wiggle away from it. They also recommended kneeling on the sofa and putting your hands on the floor. Like an extreme downward dog!
My baby was breech at 30 week scan so I’ve been trying to get her to flip since, I find out next week!!

I feel you, 35 weeks today, went for a scan Friday and were now transverse with bum under one rib and head under another 😭. I'm hoping lots of walking, bouncing and hot water bottles will fix it 🤞

acupuncture normally helps to move baby to the right position. If you base in London I can recommend someone, don't worry!

Thank you, I'm trying not to overly stress but can't help it 😫 I'll definitely look into all these things and give them a try thank you. Unfortunately I'm not in London I'm in Manchester but I'll have a look around and see if I can find somewhere xx

Snap! Planning for a home birth and transverse at 35. 😅 I'm trying acupuncture today. I've been doing everything, spinning babies, yoga, walking, swimming. Today I'm going hard on the spinning babies forward leaning inversions. I have a scan on the 19th and would really love for her to have moved by then 🙏🏽

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

Almost 37 weeks + told to do another growth scan

I just had my second to last doctor’s appointment this morning, and my OB told me she wants me to do another growth scan because my belly is measuring small. She says it’s probably just because I’m a smaller woman, but they like to be safe. It’s hard to hear though, since I just did one a couple months ago.

I did this with my firstborn around this time of pregnancy, so I do think I just carry smaller (even though I don’t feel like I look “small” at all). My first baby was 6lbs 15oz when she was born at 41 weeks + 2 days. I’m having this baby at 39 weeks on April 7. I hope she’s still at least 6lbs.

Anyone have any stories similar to this?
