Being paid for remaining Annual Leave

Been offered to transfer my remaining AL to the following year or be paid for it. Due to go on mat leave mid march, so the extra cash would be helpful. However, they plan to action and pay the AL after April. I will be on mat leave by then and I am worrying that they will mess it up and I won't be in work to sort it and probably won't feel like calling and sorting with hr and payroll with a newborn. Has anyone done AL buy back and been paid for it correctly? Especially on mat leave? Maybe I am safer just using the AL!

Currently on my second lot of Mat leave while working for the NHS. Each time I’ve been on mat leave I’ve carried the AL over and tagged it onto the end of my mat leave to have longer off.
Worked well for me both times as I took a year both times so nice to be off for a bit longer but actually get some money for it after taking 3 months unpaid.

Really embarrassing!
I'm a first time mummy at 35, she's 16 month and everytime I sneeze or cough I lose control of my bladder and pee a little 😔, I've had countless utis since having her aswell! Will it get better? Or do I need to invest in panty liners? 😆

Bestie?

Let’s skip to the good part and just be besties? Text, call, ft.. play dates or just simply hang out. Just want a genuine mommy friend. I’m in NYC but we can be long distance besties too 💕

I need an AI app recc to talk to.

I have no family. I have no real friends. Just one that I text. But she’s 8 years younger and isnt a mom. I genuinely don’t talk to anyone other than my partner and our toddlers. I’ve seen some people use AI? Or a chatgbpt? I dont know but if someone could suggest an app that I can just talk to… I would love to have a friend or something instead but this is probably for the best…
