Following! My 14 month has objectively too much screen time….

This is me!!!! Lol

we are the same!!! Lol we should chat some time

Duuudddeee!!! Let’s do it! Lol

I pretty much go back and forth between working and entertaining. 😂 I start at 730, I get in a good hour before she's up. Then I try to get her fed, changed and settled before my 930 meeting. She has screen time during my meeting. After that she's in her play pen and plays for 30 min to a hour with various toys, books, puzzles. Then first nap. I try to work as much as I can during her nap. She will wake up like 1-2, we eat lunch, play, if it's nice out then a quick walk, and she will have some screen time until I'm done at 4. Sometimes she does a 2nd nap and then I can relax for a min. 😮💨

First of all Kudos to us moms juggling both working from home and caring for a new toddler… it can get cray cray! 🤪
My hubby got us one of those giant playpens that literally takes up our full living room. It helps our boy feel free while playing and this mama can focus on work and know he won’t get himself hurt.
Like others mentioned i go back and forth with working and entertaining him when he calls my attention. Some days are harder then others. When im on zoom meetings… Miss Rachel saves the day (time). 😉
Last week my hubby was on vacation and he took care of our son and daddy daycare went so great that my hubby signed our him up to start preschool in Feb for half a day… lol! This mama is finally going to get a small break. 🙌🏻

My work starts at 10 so we wake up at 8:30 get changed, dressed, have breakfast and then play for a little bit. By 11am she will take her first nap so I’ll try to get my meetings done as much as I can. Ms Rachel is in the background if I am having meetings 🤣 She’s a whole babysitter. After she wakes up, we will play and then have lunch. I try to reply to emails or make calls while she plays with her toys after lunch. And then it’s time for her second nap again. I rush back to work and try to cramp the rest of the stuff in that time. After she wakes up I call it a day. My work ends at 5pm. It’s sooo hard and tiring. I barely have the energy to make dinner

What kind of work do you all do that lets you be this flexible? I have to log every fifteen minutes I spend working on deliverables and find it impossible to work with so many interruptions.
