How did you introduce potty training to your son ? I have no idea how I should start being that he isn’t talking yet and can’t tell me when he has to go.

Honestly I'd wait until they can communicate with you enough that they can tell you poop or potty etc. I did it with my first when he was just over two and went cold turkey with diapers but he was very ready.

Mines 3 and he’ll poop in private and tell me when he’s peed, but still won’t go on the toilet, we sit with him but he just tells us not ready yet. 😕 I’d talk a lot with him like “when you use the potty you won’t need diapers anymore” we also got a lot of potty books but haven’t really pushed for him to be potty trained until we are in our own place (currently living with family)

buy these from walmart! they are a total game changer and they are on sale! get a potty that looks like a real toilet and flushes. sticker chart or reward system works wonders. stay positive and keep enthusiasm throughout the process even when he has accidents. also on warm days let him pee outside that’s how i trained both of my boys. they really enjoyed it.
3 he’ll be 4 in July

My son will pee in the toilet but won't poop no matter what I try

he wears underwear during the day and a pull up for bed and that's when he decides he needs to poop
