I’m wanting/needing to increase my fiber intake and was wondering on any advice on what’s good for fiber. Like granola bars, cereals, oats, fruits and veggies.

I've heard that chia seeds in water is a good fibre source. I have it in the morning with my breakfast or on an empty stomach.

I usually eat a bowl of cereal in the morning. That way i can get fiber and calcium. I usually eat either Raisin Bran or Cheerios.

Popcorn actually has a lot of fiber!! I love skinny pop or I make my own and use olive oil and a pinch of salt. Veggies and fruits have fiber too 🙂

I’m actually not big on popcorn 😅🙈

lol totally get it you could out chia seeds on a lot of the things you mentioned but I think you have a good list of things!

can’t do chia seeds either 😆 my mom loves them. lol. But I can’t take the texture.

Raspberries have SO much fiber. I usually make a smoothie daily with frozen raspberries.

Fruit. I have a smoothie every morning.

Raisin Bran or just Bran cereal works.

I recommend the Metamucil gummies! That’s another 5g

I make smoothies with frozen mango, papaya and strawberry’s. I’ll look into getting some frozen raspberries!

what kind of fruits do you use for yours? My fav is a frozen combo of mango, papaya and strawberry.

pineapple, strawberry and tangerine juice
