@Rose I got some lovely peach gummies ones on amazon. I chose these this time as I struggled with the size of all the tablets during my first pregnancy. I also take collegen and coconut along with the omega and the pegnacare which are massive too

Are the pregnacare ones just as good as taking folic acid by itself? They have the recommended amount in them and jait thought its good to get all the other vitamins too. I haven't taken omega 3 though, is that vital?
