I always get myself into a bad habit of overthinking about my past, present, and future. And lately I’m dwelling on the possibilities of my future and how it could be different and also obsessing over how broke we are and stressing out about money constantly and whether or not we’ll be ok and if I chose the right partner in life. How do you stay positive and remain in the present? I just want to enjoy my life and stop thinking so much. I’m tired of being stressed out, I just want to let life happen for once. How do I do that?

I would say maybe try some cbt? That really helps me x

everyone worries, and everyone stresses, which isn’t always a bad thing! it’s hard to make that go away, and there are resources out there that can help with that. but i’d also say that always try remember that you only ever live once, and life changes every single day💕
I used to take cbd and smoke pre-rolls on high anxiety days and it mellowed me out and helped me enjoy life again but I’m pregnant with baby #2 so I won’t be using anything right now. I know life will happen as it’s meant to in the end, I’m just all over the place right now in my thoughts and stressing and it’s probably mostly from pregnancy hormones. Maybe I should go back to a daily meditation?

It is always a great idea to seek counseling. Your worries are valid no matter how small or big they are... if something is bothering you then let those feelings be there. It's ok❤️
If not professional counseling then reach out to a trusted person in real life.
I had BAD perinatal depression with my last. Speak up for yourself. Others around you should know your worries even if they aren't able to help.
While being pregnant its you and baby. Talk to your OB❤️

Welcome to anxiety 🤣🤣🤣 make short- term goals, and celebrate your small wins to getting out ofc any debt/ growing any savings to help you be less broke. This could include changing spending habits, committing to 5$ per week going to savings, investing wisely, etc.

I can’t lie, I’ve had similar thoughts before.
What might help is setting goals for yourself. Could be something as simple as taking your little outside to play. Or doing a fun activity with them. Do your best to limit the amount you go on social media, social media is the worst for your mental health.
Other people’s lives on there aren’t as good as social media portrays. There’s a lot of things that can help.

Been living in this same panic spiral for years 😞 Hoping for the economy to change or something because we can’t keep living like this and feeling so panicked about money 😭 hope things improve for you

I understand you want the best for yourself. Stressing over what already happened and what will happen won't bring you happiness just more stress. Enjoy life. One rule of karma is we get what we give out. Trust that you will make the right decisions now and you will be rewarded in the end. Things won't always go our way and that's ok. Mistakes happens and that's ok. We're human, we're not perfect.
