My baby thrashes her legs around in her sleep which moves her sideways in her crib like this! I usually just turn her back but is there a way of preventing this? Anyone else have this issue?

Same! I’ve taken his arms out from the sleeping bag and he also started with his 4 months sleep regression 🫣

Our LO did this and we ended up using a blanket over her legs, so wrapping it
half under the mattress at the one side and at the bottom, leaving the one side untucked, then when we put her to bed we tuck that side in tightly. It stopped the leg thrashing / moving / waking herself up etc x

Amazing thanks guys! Yes I feel like she might roll soon, so will transition to an arms out sleeping bag. She’s 14 weeks today so not quite 4 months yet

oh god okay perhaps that’s it then… she did wake like 20 times last night…didn’t go longer than 54m asleep 😬

thanks 😰

My LO has been doing this she’s always been one to move her arms & legs a lot in her sleep but the last week or so I have to keep picking her up from the bottom of the crib and from being sideways, I use an arms out sleep bag but she still seems to be doing it! I’m trying her with a cellular blanket tonight 🤞🏼 xx
