Same here my LO is 10months old and doesn’t take but 30min-1hr naps now at the least twice a day sometimes once’s a day.. unless given a bath during the day and will take at least a 2hr nap after bath

My 11mo’s wake window is around 4-6 hours. His morning nap is getting shorter, and getting harder to get him to nap, so I usually go for a drive for the morning nap. Afternoon nap is easier and he sleeps for 40 min to sometimes 2hrs, depending on how tired he is.

Ugh idek. I've tried dropping to 1 nap but he gets cranky. With 2 naps, he'll fight at least 1 of them

My 11 month old twins take 2 naps a day. Between 1-2 hours with 4 hours wake windows. I moved bedtime back to like 9pm because I want them to sleep all night. They’re up by 7-8am.

My almost 11 month old will usually have a shorter wake window in the morning (2-3 hrs) before a morning nap and a longer wake window in the afternoon (3-4 hrs) before he takes an afternoon nap. His nap lengths vary from 1-2.5 hrs depending on how tired he is. Around 10 months we had a sleep regression which made the afternoon naps nearly impossible and nights harder but I think we are over that now and back to our normal schedule. During his sleep regression I would drive him around for his afternoon nap and he would fall asleep so quickly, if he didn’t take that afternoon nap, he would be so cranky and fussy right before bed. I think around this time babies need 14 hrs of sleep in a 24 hr period (nights and naps) so I’ve just been trying to follow that 🤷🏻♀️. I hope that helps, good luck!

same

3:15 for morning nap, 3:45 for afternoon nap, and 4:00 for bedtime. I try to put him down for 3:00, 3:30, and 3:45 wake windows but he fights sleep and takes a while to fall asleep. He’s always been a terrible sleeper though and usually only takes 30 minute naps. And he fights the afternoon nap hard but he need it. I think they recommend keeping the second nap until 14-18 months old. And wake windows should be between 3-4hrs.

my 11 month old wakes up around 9am, naptime at noon for 2-3 hours, goes back down for another nap around 5:30ish then i usually wake him up after 30-45 minutes. bedtime between 8-9pm

I have tontake my 1st son to daycare but wake is 6am a d nap 9-9:30. Wakes 11-12. I try to put him back down by 1:30
