Does anyone else’s LO have their longest nap really late in the day? Our 4 month old tends to sleep 30-40 mins for her first two naps then a 2 hour at about 4-5pm which cuts it close for bedtime
Wondering if this is normal and if not, how we could switch it around?

Long naps should be during the day and the 4pm nap should be the short one (30 mins) to ensure there is enough sleep pressure for bedtime.

I'm the same, mostly because my little will only sleep for longer in a contact nap and it's harder to do those in the middle of the day 🙃

yeah I was thinking this and wondering how you were could change

My LO is only 13 weeks tomorrow but we’re the same. She will have 3 or 4 naps of 30 mins during the day then a 2 hour nap (sometimes 3 😳) around 6/7pm. She goes to bed at half 10 though & sleeps until around half 6/7 so I’m not too worried about it yet. I’m hoping eventually she will just drop that last wake up & go to bed at 7 until 7 🤣 x
