When is your last nap? She is 9 weeks and gets really grumpy if she's up for more than 1.5h, 2h is pushing it hard. So if her bedtime is at 8, she has to wake up 6:30, going for a nap around 5:30...but then she always seems so ready for bed and basically she goes to bed at 5:30 with an interruption for a nappy change... I am struggling to find a solution, I don't want her to go to bed at 5:30, but on the other hand what is the difference between 'naps' and 'sleeps'...should I wake her up more actively and stimulate her in that last wake window? I woke her up around 18:50, she was hungry so is now feeding but half asleep, I will then change her nappy and put her in a sleeping bag...but yeah feels like we do bedtime at 5:30

I think the last wake window of the day should be the longest. Could you give her a bath to help keep her up for longer. Or just do bedtime earlier? We have 8 wks old who’s usually awake from 5.30pm and asleep by 8pm. We feed him at 5.30pm/6pm, bath around 7.15pm and then feed again so loaded up and full for sleep from 8pm. Works for us as sleeps well (so far!) but every baby different. We also have a toddler so baby doesn’t have much choice 😵💫

Mine tends to do just that - have a very short period of awake time before going to sleep for the night somewhere around 1900/1930. Works for us as she’s generally only up once in the night for a feed and I don’t mind night feeds x
