Hey all so I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression, which then got changed to bpd and now eupd 🤦🏻♀️. Currently I am struggling with crying. I seem to cry at everything and sometimes no idea as to why. I can be happy and cry, sad, anxious you name it I'll cry its getting to the point where I feel like I'm going to loose my partner. My partner is the love of my life, and I am trying everything I can to get myself better. And just feel like I'm failing at it.

BPD is eupd lovely. Just an updated name for it.
It is super tough. Are you medicated?

Ahh, thank you. I'm a novice with it all, just trying to research myself. I've been left in the dark since my diagnosis.
I'm currently on venlafaxine

Hey darling, when it comes to my emotions I carry a little notebook and a pen with me and write them all down, and then at the end of the day I’ll read them again and reflect on the emotion and what had caused it. Pregnancy and eupd can be scary but we’re all here for any support you need.
Maybe speak to your partner about how you’re feeling as you may just need a bit more reassurance atm with hormones and eupd all playing their part, I know I did and my partner has been super supportive. Sending hugs x

@Brittany Thank you. I'll give that a try. I'm not pregnant, just a hot mess. I hope you are managing well through your pregnancy. my emotions are making my partner feel like they aren't good enough, as they can't pull me out of my moods.
I find it extremely difficult to know why I feel the things I do, so can't explain myself well. So I'll definitely give that a try. Thank you!! x

how long ago were you diagnosed? Are you waiting for therapy? Regular visits from a cpn? I was left for a long time and I did Alot of research. There is a guy on you tube called Daniel fox I think. He's American but he really knows his stuff with eupd/bpd x

@Kerrianne within the last 12 months. I just phoned the doctors and apparently I'm on a waiting list for understanding emotions. I put myself into counselling. I'll take a look thank you, I'm trying all that I can as I don't want to push anyone away. Especially those that make me happy. my 5 year old daughter is always asking me if im ok, the other day she said she was worried about me because i was crying. I did see a psychiatrist but he referred me back to the gp🤦🏻♀️x

oh bless you. My youngest is 2 and she keeps asking if I'm happy 💔. I'm really not. X

@Kerrianne it's heartbreaking isn't it, when your little ones are noticing the struggles. I hope things get better for you soon. If you ever need a friendly chat to let off steam. Happy to receive messages. Xx

my other two are 7&8 and I'm very open with them about my mental health. On days I'm very agitated I explain it's not them and I apologise if I snap etc.im always happy to message. It's lonely with bpd xx

@Kerrianne That's great that you are able to explain to them about how you are feeling, and it allows for them to know its ok to not be ok, and hopefully helps them to be open with there feelings too. It definitely is isolating. Super mum 😊 xx

feel free to drop me a message at any time x

@Kerrianne thank you I will pop you a message same goes for you too xx
