I’m worried about his behaviour

He stems

He shakes his head all day without being showed it

He very rarely responds to his name only HIGH pitch

Personally seems all normal for a 9 month old baby… isn’t it a bit early to notice autistic behaviour at 9 months? I might be wrong x

From my knowledge, the biggest sign of autism is not smiling at faces he should recognize like his parents, grandparents. Babies aren’t expected to respond to their name at this point

Completely normal for a 9 month old baby. Too many people try to put their babies in a diagnosis box far too early. It’s very rare for them to have autism

I wouldnt watch those videos and think he has got signs of autism. My little girl loves shaking her head for no reason she is 14 months and still does it. Guess they are learning how there body works ?
Babys act really odd sometimes i would not worry too much espically at this age!

My son didn't hold his bottle himself until well after 1 years old. Because he didn't want to. Doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong. Also from the videos he seems like a typical 9 month old from what I remember my son to be like. My son is now 27 months old

Oh yes my daughter does not hold her bottle either she is 14 months & i think she is just lazy & its what shes used to 😁

Way too soon to tell. These are all pretty normal behaviors.


My baby only liked being held in very particular ways as a baby. She was not a "cuddly" newborn. BUT she did require all contact naps.

Now that she's almost 1 year, she's become much more affectionate and cuddly. She loves to rest her head on our shoulders now. It's the cutest.

Honestly, put autism on the back shelf for awhile. Babies do A LOT of seemingly weird behaviors.

These are typical behaviors of a child at this development the concern comes when they do not grow out of the developmental hierarchies when they should. i.e. it is typical for babies/ toddlers to explore things with their mouths, it is not developmentally appropriate for a 10 year old.
