Bath time

I give bubs a bath basically every night, maybe miss one night a week, only because he sleeps longer when he has a bath I’ve noticed. But I also give him a coconut oil massage every night

We give bubs a batch every 3 to five days. My midwife recommended not doing it too often so you don't dry out their skin and it's not like he's playing in the dirt or has B.O.

I started doing a calming relax bath before bed at 6pm every night, just water and breastmilk. Sometimes qv baby oil. And then use moisturiser, her skin is going well with it and then she sleeps most of the night after

I also started bathing bub every night just before bed for sleep association, but ill always moisturise her after a bath!

Yeh every second day but if babe is really tired and misses the window we just give a wipe down ... We use b.bozx moisturiser too
