Hard pass on anything that means bub is left to cry. I follow some of these holistic sleep accounts on Instagram for good free advice:
Lyndsay Hookway
Little nests sleep
Fox and the Moon sleep (actually bought one of their online guides when my boy was younger)

I did the sleep training course from Just Chill Mama and worked well, sleeping through the night again and left to go to sleep after 3 nights. It is a controlled crying one through eg you go back in after a set time and then lengthen time etc

What do you do now? Bedtime routine? When she or he wakes etc. x
We’ve co slept for the past year ( I had to move in with parents after separation & we just didn’t have the space available)
Now we have our own place. I have no issues with her falling asleep. She is in her own bedroom and in a single bed. When she wakes up during the night she won’t settle until back with me.
I’m a single mum so this is getting tiring, even when she’s in my bed I wake up 17494 times 🙃
Thanks for the recommendations too, I’ll have a look at those accounts on Instagram :)

I co slept with my daughter for nearly 2 years, then put a toddler bed next to my bed, she woke 10 times plus through the night, and I was giving her milk. I got the health visitor involved about 4 weeks ago. She told me to stop the bottles and we left them “for the babies” one night. I kid you not she’s sleeps though the night every night since 🤦♀️ I’ve no idea how but seems the bottle was the only thing helping her fall asleep. Once it wasn’t there she is doing it herself. I think routine is also helping us.
I think maybe you are her “milk” obviously you can’t not be there but maybe just sit next to her bed when she wakes instead of taking her in with you. No interacting etc.
I was all for anything for an easy life but I realised a few hard nights is so worth the reward of you both having better sleeps. My daughter is eating better and seems happier also x

We do gentle sleep training. 5 to 15 minutes and he is deep asleep. We are against cry it out or anything like that.

Have a look at @mothernourishnurture on Instagram, she’s just released a toddler sleep course xx
