Handing My Notice in

In my trust its 8 weeks notice. You might be able to email it across to your manager (double check this). Your AL will need recalculating if you’re leaving mid financial year. I’d recommend getting hold of policy and ring your HR for information. If they are nice and you feel comfortable you could disclose you’ve got a lot on your plate and is heightening your anxiety so if they had any solutions how you could work your way around using any entitled leave up till end of notice xx

It depends on banding too, in terms of how much notice

I’d ask HR first if i felt uncomfortable. But if that isnt the case, after you’ve got some information from HR you can decide what you feel comfortable telling your manager. You’ll know best if they are supportive or not, they might surprise you but either way you’re leaving. Doesn’t matter you’re band 2 hun, you’re very much part of the team 😊 xx
