Cramping and bleeding after sex

I'm 20 weeks + 2 days pregnant and my husband and I had sex for the first time this morning since getting pregnant. I've had slight cramping since we did the deed but have just noticed that theres now blood when I wipe after going for a wee.

Is this normal? This is my first pregnancy so I have no idea if it's normal or not. I know that bleeding after sex can be a thing but what about the cramps too?

I would suggest contacting 111 and see what they say

I would just contact a midwife or 111 just to be sure. I doubt it’s anything bad as I had similar very early on minus the blood but very disabling pain in my stomachand everything seemed to be okay but you’ll likely keep worrying if u don’t just get checked. Not sure where u are but it’s usually a quick process to check baby

Hey so this happened to me! And the cramps were awful it is common to sometimes get cramping after having sex as apparently male DNA sperm etc can mess with your hormones! And it is also the increase of bloody to your uterus!

Thanks all, ended up calling 111 and they sent me to the delivery suite at my local hospital. Had a Doppler to hear her heartbeat for the first time and a urine test and all was fine. They also double checked with an exam of my cervix that were fully closed and no sign of blood anywhere.

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

I am so done with pregnancy !

Everything i do hurt . I sit down / i stand up / i walk / i lie down. I am in pain ! I am tired ! His mouvement hurt down there like electricity chock ! My back is on fire ! If i walk more then 5 minutes i feel like i am going to die ( low ferritine) the acid reflux is crazy . I mean i can’t and don’t wanna do this no more . Only 31 weeks !

Almost 37 weeks + told to do another growth scan

I just had my second to last doctor’s appointment this morning, and my OB told me she wants me to do another growth scan because my belly is measuring small. She says it’s probably just because I’m a smaller woman, but they like to be safe. It’s hard to hear though, since I just did one a couple months ago.

I did this with my firstborn around this time of pregnancy, so I do think I just carry smaller (even though I don’t feel like I look “small” at all). My first baby was 6lbs 15oz when she was born at 41 weeks + 2 days. I’m having this baby at 39 weeks on April 7. I hope she’s still at least 6lbs.

Anyone have any stories similar to this?
