Anyone else still ending up nap trapped?! I can get him down for about 20 mins but he can’t link sleep cycles so that’s all he’ll do on his own. Meaning I’m still sofa bound to get him to have a decent nap at least once a day. I am grateful he’ll go down at all but doing some housework or exercise might be nice!

I am in the same boat. Currently nap trapped as we speak so I'll be interested in any words of advice too!
I’ve heard that they’ll only do longer when they can fall asleep independently 🤷🏻♀️

Mine falls asleep independently and still only napping for 30 mins max unless she’s on me. Thought it would be better by now as she’s nearly 6 months but really stressing me out 😩
There goes my theory then 😂

Mine is same .I've started putting her in cot as I want her to get out of it a little .I love contact naps etc but I find myself when my husband is back I'm tidying up which I couldn't do when earlier .by then I'm already tired from entertaining etc .she slept 1hr 15 mins earlier and just half a hour not long ago 😂😂 very hit and miss but I'm also don't mind as much as I want her to sleep better at night
