Does anyone know if Margate hospital has a backlog at their early pregnancy unit?

Third week next week and should be 7 weeks. I heard they contact you between 7-9 weeks guess they much book your tests in quickly before the 10-12 week mark? Not sure whether to chase up

I’m at qeqm and they are so short staffed at the moment I meant to have a scan today as my baby girls breech at 36 weeks to see if they can turn her if not I’ll be booked in for a section but they messaged me early this morning saying I have to re arrange it for reasons of there’s but I been in a few times and they been rushed of there feet constantly x

Oh gosh thanks I suspected so after reading other stories of self referral across the country. I swear it’s getting worse struggling to even find a NHS dentist for me and my son in Thanet area too 😫

try Southcliff Dental in Margate, I managed to get me and my daughter registered there recently!

ah fab thanks I will try first thing gosh I hope we find somewhere (I know I will need a filling at least) my last pregnancy literally my son was taking all my vitamins from me my teeth were in such poor shape even when visiting the dentist

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

20week scan!!

i had my 20week scan yesterday, everything looked okay on baby and we found out the gender!! it’s a girl 🩷🩷. but they said that my placenta is too close to my pelvis and they need to do extra scans to check on it? has anyone else been told this?

I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but in the future possibly. I just wanted to know how is pregnancy after c section like my fear is having to go through another emergency operation or even putting strain on my incision during pregnancy

Newborn stage

Is anyone tired of doing the same thing everyday and being on a 2-3 hour schedule? It’s the same everyday and I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s making me depressed even if I get out once a day. When does it get better? I feel like I’m just waiting for the next stage where it’s not just sitting around all day.
