Yes I can relate, also a first time Mum due in July too. I'm just very overwhelmed and much like you I'm not sleeping well either so feel constantly shattered. When I feel like this I try to rest and reset myself and always just hope tomorrow is a better day. I've found pregnancy an up and down ride both mentally and physically. I'm over the moon to be having our baby but it's good to acknowledge your feelings no matter what, they are valid! Sending hugs x

i’m so glad you feel like this too makes me feel so much better, thank you so much sending hugs to you also! x

I feel this! I'm pregnant with my second and still have no idea what I'm doing! Try not to let things stress you out, motherhood is a life long lesson! Your hormones are going to be all over the place, don't feel bad for being emotional!I feel bad for my partner, mine are double messed up as my LO is only 7 months old😂 it's like a different personality everyday! Here if you need to talk, try and rewind, have a bath, chill out! X

you’re doing amazing! completely agree it’s tough but rewarding, thank you appreciate it same here x

Oh 100% I’m a first time mum and the pregnancy has been hard, just feeling ill a lot of the time, feeling a bit anxious about baby and if he’s okay, I struggle with pregnancy ache which has made me really insecure and I’m just bloody knackered and want my baby but I’m fed up of waiting 🤣 trust me you’re not alone, I think 90% of pregnant women feel this way 🤣 we’re allowed to have (lots of) emotional moments. When I feel this way I get my heated eye mask, my massager and listen to some spa music and try to chill and my baby moves so much when I’m relaxing and this makes me so happy! Try to remember that we’re getting there and it won’t always feel like this xx

aw i love this thank you xx

Can definitely relate to this, I’m due in July with my first baby too and some days I just have a tiredness that I can’t even describe, everything is an effort and I just feel a bit meh! Emotions are definitely playing a part too I feel like I’m getting more tearful about stuff!
Sending you lots of love xx

I definitely relate to this. Talk to you midwife. I’ve been referred to talking therapies and it’s been so helpful. Even if you think you don’t need it, it’s been so nice to get things off my chest and feel less overwhelmed.
