I'm looking at returning back to work part time where the shifts will be 8 hours
I'm trying to pump but barely getting an ounce
Baby has never had formula
Anyone else been in this position... what did you do?
She will drink water but obviously 8 hours is a long time

I was in a similar position when I returned to work. I recommend using a haaka on the opposite side whenever you nurse your little one. You can take any milk you collect from that, store it in the fridge and add to it over a few days, and then bag and freeze for baby to have later. I would recommend continuing to pump as well. Eventually, you’ll be able to discover when your body is producing the most milk and time your pump sessions for then. Hope this helps!
@Liz I don't get any from the opposite side anymore. Used to be able to collect loads but can't do that anymore. I'll keep trying to pump.. god this is exhausting 😩 thanks anyway

Do you not want baby to have formula? I have really liked combi feeding as it meant my baby still got the benefits (and I got the ease) of breastfeeding, but much less pressure to pump.

Make sure you use the correct flange size
