Is it too early to call EPU

In my experience the EPU won’t see you until you’re 6 weeks according to LMP. With any bleeding before then, they want you to wait a week then do another test and see if it’s positive or negative. You can try phoning them, but I think that’s what they’ll say. Best of wishes to you x x

My EPU also doesn't see you before 6 weeks as there is nothing they can do before that. I would advise doing another pregnancy test this morning as it could be a chemical pregnancy. Hopefully its not and its just a bit of bleeding x

To be fair can they even do anything after 6 weeks?! I know they agree to check you after 6 weeks, but if it’s a miscarriage then there ain’t no stopping it regardless of when it happens, far as I’m aware. 😔😣😢

They can give you progesterone which helps if you are bleeding in pregnancy and still testing positive xx

I had a miscarriage on January. And i started to bleed heavily and all symptoms were gone in a second. What i did i went to A&E and they took urin test and blood test to see what is going on with me. That was the only way to tell if i am still pregnant or not.

I also had one in Jan, my 2nd one 😓 but my EPU told me to do a test and it came back negative after testing positive the week before so I knew I had lost it x

In my experience the EPU won’t see you before 6 weeks as bad as it is! I tried multiple times with my last pregnancy and they weren’t interested as sad as it is!

I even went to the walk in centre who also did nothing! I was told every single time to test again in 2 weeks. I ended up going for a private scan who then referred me for a second opinion to the hospital, yet again they still wouldn’t see me.

Best thing is a hot water bottle and some paracetamol and just relax. Test again when the bleeding has stopped ❤️
