Of course I know it could mean nothing but at my appointment yesterday I am measuring 35 weeks but I am 31 weeks, I was shocked! I have been consistently 2 weeks ahead and then jumped to 4. My doctor ordered a growth scan with MFM to get an estimated weight and measurements on him, that is in 2 weeks unless there is a cancelation. Of course I also know that growth scans are an estimate but I’m curious how big this little guy is!
Anyone else measuring this far ahead now or with other pregnancies? Did you deliver early?

Is this measurement by ultrasound or fundal height?

this was my fundal height! I know it’s not an accurate representation of his size but my doctor was also very surprised

more relevant than US honestly imo 😅 I was measuring ahead for a while because of baby’s position but then it normalized when baby was head down at my last appt. Did they mention what position baby is in?

I was measuring 3 weeks ahead but fundal height at my 30 week appt so I went for a growth scan at 31w. The 31w scan confirmed baby to be measuring at 33w4d. So fundal ended up pretty accurate, assuming the scan's accuracy.
Fundal is not always accurate and scans too *can* be off by up to 2lbs. But with both around the same range, it seems like a good indication.
My guess is that your scan will show you at 2.5weeks ahead. Babies go through little growth spurts even in the womb.

He was head down a couple weeks ago! but they didn’t mention it at this appointment so I don’t know if he’s flipped around since. I do feel him deep in my pelvis, so much pressure! But also shoving things in my ribs lol know who knows

I was measuring two weeks ahead but they told me that doesn’t mean baby is ready to come out. But I’m no doctor! Listen to yours!

This is my second pregnancy and I am also measuring a little over two weeks ahead and have been told I have a “bigger” baby. I have had several growth scans to confirm the consistency is accurate. My first born was born at 37weeks and weighed 7lbs and she was half the percentile my current baby is measuring. Hope that gives some perspective! I am expecting baby no. 2 to be on the earlier side as well due to her size and the way I carry my babes and know/feel my body.

I was measuring ahead for first baby and delivered vaginally a 9 lb 3 oz at 40 weeks.measuring even more ahead for baby 2.
