Hi! Just out of curiosity, is anyone else experiencing bad congestion and/or running nose … it’s been several weeks where especially at night my nose is literally fully blocked and nothing to blow out but NO air can be breathed in/out … then randomly it’ll go back to normal (leaking) and then boom completely blocked again .. it’s awful and can’t find relief from this! Making sleeping so difficult 😮💨

Feeling the same way and I’m three weeks behind you

I've had weird sinus issues since conception - it was actually my first symptom and the reason I took a test. I don't typically have allergies ever and hardly get colds etc so this has been sooooooo obnoxious to deal with! One thing that is helping a lot is running my humidifier on full blast especially at night. I also bought an air purifier and cleaned my house really good (well I got the hubs to help because I'm riding the struggle bus 😆) and I realized there were things like artificial soaps that were making it a lot worse. Now I'm doing a lot better but still way more congested than I typically am.

YES

I've had congestion this whole time and I'm 13 +1

Yesssss but really in the mornings…. I wake up and i can’t breath thru my nose every morning lol…. I’m 14 weeks today 🥰

Me omg. I can’t stand it ! 😭 I’ll be 10 weeks Thursday

Yes, same here. I even sleep with a humidifier and my nose and throat still feel dry when I wake up.

This is definitely a thing, I’ve had congestion since week 5 in week 13

My sinus has been mildly congested since week 7 😅. I’ve gotten so used to it, that it’s now the “norm”
