Folks I’ve been told I’m a lot more frustrated after having my baby than expected (told by partner). I don’t think so but partner thinks I may not see it.
I agreed to look into counseling to see if what I’m exhibiting is post partum depression related. I know this is not admitting failure or fault but I’m open to putting my partner at ease and helping myself and our baby if there’s something better I can be.
Does anyone have someone you’d recommend/not recommend and why? I’m not into touchy feeling woe is me type of an approach.
My GP is out of town so I can’t get in to see her but I plan to ask the clinic on Monday as well.
I’m looking for someone in the Surrey/White Rock area.
