I offer her food whenever my 19 month old eats as she just gets little bits of what he's having to chew on. I wouldn't say she eats a great deal but she plays about with it as for her bottles I give her them before food

One “meal” a day around lunch time. Just trying different veggies at the moment. We do purées and finger sized pieces.

Solids before one is fun! We give our baby a mixture of finger food and purées around lunchtime (no set time) after she’s had a nap and some breast milk and so hopefully will be happy. Solids are for her to experience the different textures and flavours, not for sustenance. We also give a bit of tap water, again for help with getting used to a free flow beaker.

One meal a day at the moment usually breakfast or lunch but some snacks as well

2 meals a day for us, my twins turned 7 months yesterday.
They have porridge and some fruit (finger food) 1 hour after their first milk in the morning.
Then they have an evening meal about an hour before bed. They have a purée which is either a meal blended up or some veg purée, and some finger foods. I’ve been giving them Greek yoghurt too this week which they love.
NHS advice is they should be on three meals a day by 10 months, but if they’re ready you can do it earlier of course! x
